Window work is scoped according to the number and type of windows, current condition, screens or tracks, and whether each surface can be reached safely.
Window-cleaning scope may include

- Frames, sills, tracks and screens when specifically included
- Window cleaning coordinated with a deep or move-out clean
Access comes first
Ground-level and normally accessible windows are straightforward. Upper-storey, roof-access, high-rise, construction-damaged or unusually difficult windows require a separate assessment and are not automatically included. Jordan will confirm what can be handled safely before accepting the work.
Condition affects the result
Ordinary dirt and residue are different from hard-water etching, failed seals, scratches, paint, adhesive, mineral damage or restoration work. NUMA will clean the agreed surfaces carefully but does not promise to reverse permanent glass damage.
Residential and commercial scheduling
Book window cleaning as a standalone visit or alongside residential, commercial, deep or move-out cleaning. For businesses, timing and public access should be agreed in advance so the work fits the premises.
