How much does a cleaning cost?
Jordan charges $45 per hour with a two-hour minimum. For larger or unusually detailed jobs, discuss the likely time and scope with him before booking.
Can I book regular cleaning?
Yes. Weekly and biweekly clients are a priority, with custom frequencies available when schedules allow.
Does NUMA guarantee my damage deposit?
No cleaning company can honestly guarantee a deposit return. NUMA can clean carefully, document the visible condition and attend an inspection when properly appointed, but landlords and the Residential Tenancy Branch retain their legal roles.
Does Jordan bring supplies?
Confirm product and equipment needs when booking. NUMA can also accommodate household product preferences when agreed in advance.
Is NUMA insured?
